Kiera Hopkins

Dance and Acting Teacher

A 2023 graduate from Arts University Bournemouth's BA Hons Dance course with her final grade of a 2:1, Kiera has studied dance from a young age but has always had a passion for performing arts.

She has been a part of small musical theatre shows when studying at school, such as a supporting role in 'School of Rock' and played Meat in 'We Will Rock You' where she was also dance captain.

Participating in South Hill Park’s ‘Lift Off’ dance festival three times as well as dancing in curtain raisers for professional companies such as Luke Brown, Tavaziva and Chaaya Collective, have been only a few of the great opportunities Kiera has experienced during her dance training.
Training in a variety of styles such as contemporary, urban, musical theatre and jazz, Kiera has been a part of competitions representing Artemis Studios for dance and cheerleading achieving successful results with her teams. She has also performed in Disney World Florida in 2018 and in the London New Years Day Parade in 2019.

Kiera hopes to continue the work she grew passionate about at university, encouraging everyone no matter their age, gender or ability to try performing arts and see how beneficial it can be.
